Our automated robotic work center with plasma cutting is designed to process various types of metal profiles, including rectangular, square, and circular sections, made from iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metallic materials.
With its 7 axes, the work center can accurately machine flat and inclined surfaces. The system includes two anthropomorphic robots equipped with plasma cutting heads, allowing operations on flat sheets placed on an additional workbench.
Our dedicated proprietary software simplifies the setup of the profile’s section, length, and the operations to be performed on each face. During the operation, the profile is moved automatically to enable the robot to efficiently work on all three faces of the profile.
The robot’s inclination and plasma torch allow for diagonal operations on rectangular, square, and circular tubular profiles, ensuring a clean finish without burrs or impurities.
With a high-quality plasma generator, the system operates at high speeds while keeping the profile cool, preventing any deformation. This makes our work center the perfect solution for a competitive and highly productive light carpentry.
