• Production of Formwork Wedges and Stakes: The machine can produce stakes of variable lengths (500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm) with a speed of 1 stake every 15 seconds. For wedges, the productivity is 1 wedge every 0.5 seconds.
• Electronic Management: Equipped with a PLC and dedicated software to manage and optimize the production process, the machine allows you to set the number of stakes and wedges to be produced, adapting to different needs.
• Advanced Components: Includes a motorized uncoiler, an electronic feeder, a double-cylinder hydraulic unit, cutting and bending molds, and a centralized electrical panel. The system is designed to ensure high precision and reliability.
• Processing Workflow: The coil is loaded onto a motorized uncoiler, and the strip passes through a centering system with screw adjustment. Depending on the product type (stakes or wedges), the strip is processed and cut with precision and then bent or ejected onto product collection racks.
• Monitoring and Safety: The PLC controls all operations and manages faults automatically. The machine features photocells to monitor production and an emergency stop button to halt the system in case of anomalies. All active and passive safety measures protect the operator, and the machine is CE certified, complying with Italian and European regulations.
