The machine processes pre-cut and pre-profiled strips. Using a roller feeder, the strip advances according to the set measurements, and a rotary bending unit creates the finished product. Additionally, curves, where needed, are produced with a hydraulic unit equipped with interchangeable tools.
The CN BENDING is equipped with advanced software that helps optimize the work process, minimizing production time and ensuring uniformity and consistency. The software also allows graphical simulation of the final product, with real-time monitoring of each bend. An optional Industry 4.0 compatible software is available for remote monitoring of production data.
The machine features sensors to prevent accidental damage, photocells to detect material presence, and encoders for precise motor control. In case of emergencies, a clearly visible button allows immediate operation stoppage, ensuring maximum safety. The centralized electrical panel facilitates maintenance and offers fast diagnostics.
