Automated working process

The production cycle begins by positioning the bar in the appropriate centering template. Through the PLC, the operator sets the bar length (from 30 cm to 6 m) and starts the cycle. The machine automatically inserts the brush into the shutter or mosquito screen guide, pulling it along the bar until the final cut. Once completed, the process can be quickly repeated for a new bar.

Advanced PLC control

The PLC efficiently manages the entire production process. It allows working with bars of different lengths and profiles, optimizing brush use and minimizing off-bar waste through flush cutting. Additionally, the brushless motor, controlled by the PLC, ensures smooth and jerk-free insertion, avoiding brush breakage during the cycle.

Configurability and waste reduction

Thanks to electronic management via pneumatic solenoid valves, the operator can fully configure the process, reducing brush waste both at the start and the end of the bar. This makes the machine highly efficient and suitable for various production scenarios.

Safety and maintenance

The machine is equipped with active and passive safety systems to protect the operator during the production process. In case of anomalies or malfunctions, the system automatically stops. The centralized electrical panel simplifies maintenance and enables quick diagnostics in case of technical interventions.
