From a young age, I had the privilege of growing up immersed in the family business environment, where I developed a deep passion for technology and innovation. This setting shaped my path, leading me to choose engineering as a career and to dedicate myself passionately to turning ideas into concrete realities.
My academic journey culminated in a Master’s degree in Automation Engineering from the University of Rome 2, Tor Vergata. There, I had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of emerging technologies and develop an innovative automatic system, which led to the granting of a European patent as a result of my thesis. This success marked a significant milestone in my career.
Since 2021, I have taken on the role of administrator at OPM S.r.l., a family-owned company that, under my leadership and that of the second generation of engineers, is undergoing a significant evolution. I inherited the mantle from Engineer Lorenzo Palmieri, my predecessor and mentor, and I have introduced advanced technologies, integrating electronics and automation with the mechanical tradition that has always characterized our company. This approach has propelled OPM into the modern era of automated industrial systems, strengthening our market position and expanding our operational capabilities.
My professional career has developed through various stages, starting with mechanical design, moving through the robotics and automation department, and culminating in my position as CEO. During this journey, I have also obtained high-level certifications in the field of robotics, including Level 1 and 2 certificates for KUKA Robots and Level 1 for Yaskawa Robotics. These qualifications attest to my advanced expertise in programming and using industrial robots, which are essential for developing cutting-edge solutions and meeting the increasingly complex needs of our clients.
My motto, “If you don’t do more than what you know, you will never be more than what you are,” embodies my commitment to continually push my limits and lead the OPM team with the same spirit of dedication and innovation. Every day, my team and I face new challenges, collaborating with leading entrepreneurs in the sector and implementing solutions that blend tradition with the latest technologies.
Today, I look to the future with the ambition to continue exploring new technological frontiers and to apply my knowledge to develop increasingly advanced and sustainable solutions. I am convinced that passion, innovation, and teamwork are the keys to turning ideas into reality and to building a better future, not only for our company but for the entire industrial sector.
